As we said in the last email... Our first two Limiteds are from New Zealand, a sumptious Merlot & Gewurztraminer!
The NZ Merlot is medium with a soft supple fruity palate of boysenberry, plums, rip black cherries and light warm oak.
The NZ Gewurzt is super fragrant, with heady aromatic intensity and ample luscious fruit.
Our 3rd is a South African Cabernet Sauvignon. Tasting notes indicate its dense, heavy and concentrated with deep blackberry and abundant tannins.
OK, so HERE'S THE DEAL!
Since we won't have any available to taste for 2 more whole months, we've got a special deal for our regulars and the adventurous, who KNOW they LOVE our wines, and who, like Shannon, when asked what your favorite is, generally say "whatever's in my glass!"...
If you Pre-Order the wine now and pay for it by February 25th, you'll get $50 OFF the barrel!! This only applies to the 3 NEW Limiteds: NZ Merlot, NZ Gewurztraminer, & So.African Cabernet.
They'll be ready to bottle by mid-end of April, & we can either leave it open, or schedule when you place your order. Easy!

JADE CHOCOLATES, handmade in San Francisco. YUM!
There's Genmai (milk chocolate with roasted brown rice and green-jasmine tea!), Orient Espresso (milk/dark cocoa with espresso and cardamom), Dragon's Breath (dark with roasted sesame seeds, lapsang souchang and red chili), & Mahal (dark with coconut, cinnamon and ylang ylang).

The VINTURI.
Everyone asked for it. We had to add it. So for all you who were looking for where to get 'em - We Got 'Um!

The MENU.
I don't know if its 'men-yoo', or 'muh-noo'. It looked cool. It aerates as it pours. Its Scandinavian. We had to try it out too.
Which involves ample repeated taste comparisons.
Which involves few complaints.
